on Hwy 90 in Waveland, Mississippi, Scott attended the Ringling
School of Art and achieved ABFA from the University of
Southwestern Louisiana in Lafayette, LA.

Scott sells his works in galleries across the United States.

He has served on board of the Waveland Community Coalition
since it started back, with the guidance of Kathy Pinn.
